Motorcycle/trike camper comparison sheet
Make you check to see what your hitch will handle for a load, as well as your motorcycle and trike. For example:
The Bushtec Hitch is rated for Maximum Load of 500lbs, Maximum Tongue Weight of 75lbs. Bushtec recommends that trailer weight never exceed 1/3 of loaded weight of Motorcycle or approximately 400lbs for the Honda GL1800. Brakes are not an answer to overloading, and should only be considered for added peace of mind.
