Hand Grips and Grip Covers Options

Grips come in about every design, style, color and function; meaing heated or unheated. You can spend anywhere from $5.95 to over $100 depending on your budget, needs, required looks or desires. Desires can be a big issue here for the Harley bikes, and I've seen some really "Kool" grips. Personally I like functionality over looks. That is my take.

Whatever you buy, make sure you get the right grips for your brand of motorcycle and the size diameter of your throttle or brake bars. You can buy grips from almost every major internet retailer as well as your local dealer, for every make of motorcycyle. I favor buying local when possible or from mutual business' who participate in my favorite forums.

Foam Grip Covers for Honda Goldwings, Fits GL1800-GL1500-GL1200 and others. About $5.95 a pair

Foam covers slip over your existing grips. Sold in Pairs -Great for adding thickness and cushioning to existing grips. Foam Grip Covers are made of CE, CPE-EPDM Foam which is U.V., ozone and oxidation resistant.

CE Foam will not weaken or crack as a result of years of outdoor exposure. GoldWing: A dimension length is 5.5 inches to accommodate the length of the GL1800-GL1500-GL1200 and other grips. Does not leave a gap. Fits grips that are 1.25 to 1.45 inches in diameter.

Common Foam Grips These made by Bike Bike Parts of Rice Lake, WI. These come with Black foam grips with Show Chrome ABS end caps. For 7/8" & 1" inside diameter, 5-3/4" inside length bars. Made for Honda Goldwings.
